Hi all,
I have some mails that should be sent at a specific time
say e.g 06.00 every day. The problem is that I do not
want to sit in my office and press "send" button at that
particular time since it is out of my office hours.

Do Outlook have a feature where I can program it to send
a particular mail at a particular time in the future?

thanks for any ideas!!

Hi,

Microsoft Outlook provides the option to delay delivery of outgoing mail messages when using the Exchange Server service. If you are on an Exchange server, please refer to
the following Knowledge Base (KB) article

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;196072

If you are not connected to an Exchange server, Outlook will not be able to send delayed mail.

What version of Outlook? For Outlook 2002 and 2003 (and maybe earlier - I
forget), go to View -> Options on the message you're sending. On that
dialog, you can select "Do not deliver before" and set the time to send.
Note that unless you're connected to an Exchange server in on-line mode
you'll need to leave Outlook running in order for the message to be sent.
