Send/Link by Email does not work

Hello,

Everytime I was on IE and tried to send a link to someone
by going to File/Send/Link by Email my Netcape Messenger
6.2 would open up, but under Tools/Internet
Options/Programs I have Microsoft Outlook as my default
email program. Being unsuccessful to prevent Netscape
Messenger from opening up I decided to uninstalled it.
After doing so now nothing shows up when I go to
File/Send/Link by Email. I was wondering if anyone knows
how to resolve this?

Thanks for your help, but I forgot to mention that I was
having this problem with my IE 6 and my OS is WinXP. The
solutions provided were with older IE and OS. Do you
know where I can find the solutions for my versions?

I suspect that your file association settings have been changed.
