Send From Web Page

I used to be able to send an article via Mindows Mail. My hard drive was
replaced and now after I set it up I can not e-mail from a web page.
I have made the Mail my default but it doesn't seem to stay that way.
Any ideas?

You click Page | Send page by E-mail and what happens?
 
Just because Windows Mail is your default email program does not
mean that all possible default actions have been assigned to it.
To ensure that Windows Mail has all its defaults:
Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from
the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item:
"Set your default programs."
After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Windows
Mail". If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults"
then fix it by clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow.
