Go to Control Panel, System, click on the Advanced tab, then click on the
Error Reporting button at the bottom
Put the circle in for Disable Error Reporting. If you still want to be
notified that a program will be shutting down from an error, the you can put
the Check IN the box for 'But notify me when critical errors occur'
Open System Properties...
Start | Run | Type: sysdm.cpl | Click OK |
Advanced tab | Error Reporting button | Check:
Disable Error Reporting | Check: But notify
me when critical errors occur | OK | Apply | OK

Disable the Error Reporting Service.
Open Services...
Start | Run | Type: services.msc | Click OK |
Scroll down to and double click Error Reporting Service |
If it is running, click the Stop button | Set to Disabled under
Startup type | Click Apply | Click OK | Close Services
