Send as.. appearing to be sent by delegate

Hi, I'm trying to allow one mailbox to have three user able to send a
that mail box. I've added them into the delegate properties in outloo
and given them full access but when I create a new email and select th
"support" mailbox as the from field and then send it arrives as if it'
been sent by me and not "support".

I'm sure it's something silly....any ideas
 
Are you using Exchange Server? (version?) Outlook version?

If not, you may choose to change the Reply-To field, even though it may
seem to originate from X, reply will still go to Y.
The Delegate Access feature is available only in Microsoft Exchange
Server. You must be connected to the server. The add-in that contains
the Delegate Access feature must be set up. To check this, click the
Tools menu, and then click Options. On the Other tab, click Advanced
Options, and then click Add-in Manager. Check to see whether the
Delegate Access check box is available and selected. If the Delegate
Access check box is not available, you must set up the add-in. Learn
about setting up an add-in.
