Send and receive

How can I automatically receive messages in my inbox without hitting
send/receive every time I go to outlook. I would like them to have them in my
inbox as they come in without having to send/rec.
 
Set your polling interval, Tools>Options, to not less than 10 mins and to
auto send/receive on opening OL
