Send an e-mail to many in "to"-column, looking personal

Is it possible to send an e-mail to many persons in the to-
column? I want to send the same message to 100 persons,
but the persons should not see that is has been sent to
other persons. I do not wish to use bcc, the person who
receives the e-mail shall only see that I have sent it and
sent it to him/her only. Thanks in advance.
