Hello,

I am pleased to announce the first release (0.1) of SelfMonitor, a
window activity monitoring tool. From the README,

If you are like me, a dedicated indivisual, but with a tendency to
slack off browsing the web, you may want to check out SelfMonitor. It
monitors your window actitivies, warns you if you are slacking off, and
destroy the window if necessary.

can you add a screenshot to your application so we can see what it is like?

This is something many people do not do in sourceforge...

Visuals are important!

As first feedback, i hope to see this king of tools as "no install" tools.
