Self-Moving buttons

Excel 2002, WinXP
I'm helping an OP and he has a problem I have never encountered.
The worksheet has two Control Toolbox buttons on it. I put them there.
The Print Object property of each button is set to False.
He does File - Print Preview and does nothing more than look at the Print
Preview.
He resets/moves nothing.
He returns to the worksheet.
The two buttons will have moved left.
He repeats the Print Preview and the buttons move more to the left.

What could cause this? Thanks for your help. Otto
