This would be best posted in an Internet Explorer, MSN, or MSN.search group,
since it has nothing to do with Outlook; but I may be able to help.
Download this and give it a try

I find AdAware the best tool for this thing and it usually picks up quite a
bit the other tools seem to miss.
Once downloaded and installed, double click the AdAware desktop icon.
Click the link to check for updates now. If it finds any, follow the prompts
to download the new reference file.
Now select the Scan Now button.
Select the Use Custom Scanning Options option and select the Customize link.
Select the three red X'es so they become green check marks and then select
Proceed.
Select the Next button and let the scan run.
When fiished, Select Next, right click any object in the list and select the
option to Select All Objects.
Select Next and let AdAware remove whatever it finds. If prompted, you may
have to restart to get rid of any active processes it needs to remove.
If MSN Explorer is still going through that other site, select Start |
Settings | Control Panel | Internet Options. On the General page, select the
options to clear your history, temporary Internet Files, and Cookies. Also,
check the Home Page field. Click once in it and then hit the Home key on
your keyboard to make sure there is nothing additional set before the url
for your home page. I've seen some cases where the home page gets set to a
redirect site, but the text of the address is hidden by adding extra
characters to this field.
If it's still acting up, you'll probably have to reinstall Internet Explorer
(MSN Explorer uses most of IE's information). You can download the latest
version here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/ie6sp1/default.asp
Reboot when finished. If it's still a no-go, I guess the last thing to do is
uninstall and reinstall MSN Explorer. If you're using Windows XP, this
should be done through Start | Settings | Control Panel | Add/Remove
Programs | Add/Remove Windows components.
For the future, I would recommend installing a good pop-up blocking tool
which will go a long way in preventing browser hijacking. My current
favorite is the free Pop-Up Manager software from
http://www.endpopups.com/
Also, get in the habit of running AdAware every few weeks or so - you'll be
suprised at what you find hiding on your PC just from casual browsing. If
you want to shell out a few $$, you can purchase one of the more
full-featured AdAware versions that can run in memory like AV software and
catch hijacking attempts and the like as they try to get to your PC.
