Select Worksheet Without Using Mouse

Is there any sequence of keys one can use to select the
next (or previous) worksheet in a workbook without using
the mouse (ie - Ctrl + ? or Ctrl - Shift + ?, Alt + ?)?
Can do it via VB, but don't want to recreate the wheel if
I don't have to.
