Select email addressees by LAST name

When composing an email, when I hit the To or cc button, my address book is
shown with the names in order of the first name. How do I change it so they
are sorted by last name.
 
No question has been answered more frequently than this one in theses
groups. No question requires that you provide your Outlook version more than
this one. You did not.
I suggest searching this group for a response that matches your version. You
will find thousands.
