select drive on boot

MACHGUN

Everytime I reboot my computer I have to select which drive to boot from. I
think I need to replace the battery on the motherboard dates and time are
okay through.

You mean you have to go into the BIOS each time and refind the hard disk
drives?
 
press 'del' when the computer starts up.. it will take you into setup.
there you can configure what drive you want to boot from ever time the
computer starts. hope this helps

Dates and time correct in windows ?, if the battery was shot
then BIOS would return the wrong system time.
