Seeking freeware program that gives

Hi,

It seemed there was mentioned on alt.comp.freeware recently, a
freeware program that when ran would give the registration number and
other important information. Does anyone know of a freeware program
that does this? I know how to find the Win98 SE registration number,
but the program will do this automatically as well as change the
registered to. The pc came from my brother's daughter's business and
is registered to 'Shirley'. He doesn't know much of computers and
this program would allow him to personalize and record for safe
keeping the registration. Thanks.
