Seek directory/folder comparison utility

Is there a freeware utility which will compare all the folders &
subfolders in two different "C:\Program Files" and show which folders
are missing?

Powerdesk, Filesync and Comparator work only at *file* level so they
are not for me.

Windows Commander (Total Commander) should work but I have to admit
that can't get any results from it!

Is there anything else which works at folder level?

Perhaps make lists of the folders and subfolders with a directory
printer app and compare the two text lists with a text comparison app.
