I tryed to download a RealPlayer to get access to some websites where it is
required. I got a message that I did not have access to download that player
, to see my system administrator fo help or access. I bought this computer
with theOS already there. My hard drive failed, I bought a new one and a new
OS, Windows XP Home Editionjust three months ago. Why do I need permission
and who is my system admin if not me?

Make sure to log on as Administrator or using an administrative account.
If this was already the case, Malware may have restricted your privileges.
Scan the system ASAP.
