See Changes in Worksheet Submitted Weekly

Similar to 'track changes' in Word idea - - -I have 6 Reps that submit a
worksheet to me weekly, and I'm only interested in the data that changes from
one week to the next.
Is there a way in Excel to compare a sheet to the previous week's and have
it shade/note the changes?
If not, any suggestions for how I might make this easier on them and myself
- other than having them shade the cells they alter?
