Please don't flame me... I did a quick search for firewall and security....

Just got a new laptop with Vista x32 Premium....
Running great on my home network...but is the Vista firewall good enough for
outside my home network?

Yes, it's good enough. You'll need to get into the 'Advanced Firewall with
Advanced Security' to get them most of the outbound firewall, which might be
a little complicated at first, but if you get the hang of it, it's fine.
