security wizard

I have an access form that I want to set up users within
groups that have the same functions, one group to modify
and enter and another to view only. Neither group will
have access to change the form. I have gone through the
wizard and have added user names, but I can't figure out
how to give them certain access rights. I don't know what
I have done. It shows the groups and users but they can
do everything within the database.

What version of Access? It may be that you need to remove ALL permissions to
ALL objects in the database from the Users Group and grant permissions only
those groups that need them.
