security warning dialog box

Does anyone know a way of preventing the security warning
dialog box from running so users won't be able to install
software such as macromedia or yahoo instant messenger on
the network pc's. Thanks in advance.

It sounds as though the network administrators have done that for a
reason. Did you ask them?
