Security Update Problem

I am trying to install the latest update for XP.
Downloads OK but when the install starts I get a popup window that states:

The software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to
verigy its compatibility with Windows XP.
The software will not be installed. Contact your system administrator.

Then the install ceases and popup windows disappear.

Any suggestions as to what I should do?
