Can someone tell me where to get information about an update that keeps downloading and will not install and/or keeps asking me to install? Every day for the past week this has shown up as an automatic update.....what to do?
 
Same problem here too. I've had Automatic Update enabled for quite some time and haven't had a problem 'till now.
 
Windows Update has installed this one on my PC often
enough that I recognize it by number. There's another
post about it below. The earlier poster said it was
crashing applications on his machine.
