Perform Disk Cleaup and delete all the Temp folder on your computer.
If the above didn't help then you may have a corrupted profile try to create
a new one and try the installation, if success then you know the old profile
may damaged or corrupted, so you need to move or copy the data from the Old
one to the new one.
Through the Control Panel >> User Accounts you can create a new account or
edit an existing one or change the permission for it.

If you are referencing 922770(instead of 92277), I recall this problem from last fall.
Many who were impacted had success by removing Net2.0, restart, reinstall Net2.0, restart, install 922770.
