Security to only allow visiting one website.. Anyone know how?

At work we have computers used by our security force and they must access
one specific website only. I want to be able to stop them from going to
other websites, especially since downloading a trojan virus could
compromise the building security. Does anyone know of a program or a way
to set this up. We use Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6.0

With XP, you should probably follow the instructions for Windows 2000,
regarding location of the file.
