Security tab missing in folder porperties

When right click on any folder, I can't find the "security" Tab

Any Ideas?

Go to Setting -> Control Panel ->Folder Options

Click View Tab

Scroll to the bottom

Uncheck "Use Simple file sharing"

I could not find the use simple file sharing checkbox in folder options >
view .

Does it mean I have some files ,missing that need downloading or repairing?

If you have XP Home you have to boot in safe mode to see the security tab.
