Win XP Pro
Start > Administrative Tools > Local Security Policy
This tool is available and working, but Help is no longer
available for it.
More generally, "Help" remains available for MMC, WMI
Control, System Properties, Shared Folders, and Services.
The display for some of these is not as clean as it was
formerly however.
Help is not currenly available for other Administrative
Tools components (Indexing Service, Computer Management,
Disk Defragmenter, Device Manager, Disk Mangement, Event
viewer, Local Users and Groups, Removable Storage, and
Performance Logs and Alerts)
For Local Security Policy (and the other missing Help
facilities) I get the error message:
===========================================
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for might have been removed or had
its name changed.

Please try the following:
Open the s: home page, and then look for links to the
information you want.
If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure
that it is spelled correctly.
If you still cannot open the page, click the Internet
Explorer Search button to look for similar sites.

The only recent changes to this machine are application of
Microsoft Critical Updates, including the most recetn
update for Help and Support.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
