Security settings for files

Hi,
I need to know Security settins for files, what are they?
When and how to use, when you load an application where do those files
go at that time?

This a fairly broad subject. Open Help and Support and search for "security".

When you load an application, the files don't go anywhere. They are either executed or accessed by the application.
