I have an account with a company online. I was able to log in everyday then
all of a sudden (today) i just couldn't log in, it keeps displaying 'error'
message.
i contacted them and they said that my account was fine, but i still
couldn't log in from my computer <the same computer i've been using, and used
to open the account with them> They said that the error was not on their
part, that it has something to do with my SECURITY SETTINGS/ FIREWALL.. i
don't understand because i didn't change anything with my settings.
How do i fix that problem?

Open IE, tools menu, options, Content tab, click Autocomplete button. Clear
your passwords.

You might try accessing the account from another computer to further isolate
the problem. If you are able to get on your account from another computer
then it has something to do with your Browser/Firewall settings. I would
suggest going to IE, tools, Internet Options, Content, and clearing your
passwords. It could have mixed up which password is saved for your account.
Or if your using a browser such as Mozilla FireFox you can go to Tools,
Options, Security, Show passwords, and clear the password for your account
that it has saved.
