security patch

I recently downloaded a security patch Q330994 and when I
go to install it it says I have to have outlook express 6
installed on the computer I have outlook express 6 I have
even reinstalled and it will still not install the patch
can anyone help.

Perhaps it requires the Outlook Express 6 version that
comes with Internet Explorer 6 sp1.
