When I sync Calendar and Contacts in Outlook 2003 with my
Palm I always get a message warning about application
accessing addresses and I have to allow for 1, 2 or 10
minutes.

Can this be disabled?

Thanks Jim

You can use a free download called Express ClickYes that works a treat. I
havent got the link but a search should find it, I use it at work and home.

Hope that helps.

If you're using Chapura Pocket Mirror, they have an update that addresses
the problem.

Hello. The solution to this Outlook popup security message is to download "Advanced Security", unzip the file, run the .exe file to load this 3rd party freeware, restart your computer. When you next synch your palm with Outlook you should not have the message appear. If any message does appear, Advanced security will open a dialog box. Choose allow, check the "Always perform this for this file" box, and click "ok". You should have no other probs. Various other Outlook addins can also be chosen to be allowed or blocked.

Link to Advanced Security software is here:

Pass this on to any other forums - seems many people need this!
