security log event 540 anonymous logon

I have a anonymous logon/logoff everytime XP is startet,
what is this ?

an account name, password, or domain is a member of the Anonymous Logon
built-in security group

[Services running as LocalService access local resources as ordinary users
and network resources as anonymous users]
