Hello,
I had quick question.

I am buidling this database that I want anyone in my department to see
certain query results and/or reports, but I dont want them to change
anything I created. Is there any way to assign users to the database
and then limited there actions. For example, I want my boss to login
into the database and then change anything he wants, but than I want
the A/R people to login into the database and see all the
reports, queries, tables that I have but not allow them to change
anything. Does anyone know whether that is possible?

I suggest you start by reading

Access security is a great feature, but it is, by nature a complex product
with a very steep learning curve. Properly used it offers very safe
versatile protection and control. However a simple mistake can easily lock
you out of your database, which might require the paid services of a
professional to help you get back in.

Practice on some copies to make sure you know what you are doing.
