One cannot uninstall the Security Center. However, you can
disable it. However, you would not get important security alerts
regarding the status of your antivirus program, firewall, or
Windows Updates.
1. Go to Start > Run and type: SERVICES.MSC , and hit enter.
2. Scroll down to SECURITY CENTER.
3. Right-click on this service and select Properites.
4. Set the Startup type to Disabled.
5. Afterward, Stop the service.
