secure sites problem

I was advised by my ISP that something in my browser (IE)
is not letting me get into secure sites (i.e., bank,
Sam's account, etc.. I have used Norton SystemWorks to
clean up everything in my PC but still no luck. Any
suggestions?

Look and see if your setting in the security tab are set

to medium, if not set it to medium and you should be fine.
