For weeks I have been receiving the following window on
my screen: "Secure Delivery Plug In has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are very sorry for the
inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something the
information you were working on might be lost. Please
tell Microsoft about this problem. We have created an
error report that you can send to us. We will treat this
report as confidential and anonymous. To see what data
this error report contains, click here." I am then given
the option to send or not to send the error report. I
have sent it many times.I hear nothing from anyone. What
do I need to do to get rid of this message? Why am I
getting this message?

I should have said that I had run Norton, Adaware and
checked for updates. Sorry. However, I ran all three
yesterday again and included the two sites you gave me.
NADA. What does this message mean? Why does Microsoft
have the window ready to appear on my screen? Also, I
never seem to lose any work. What a pain in the
fingers...>-----Original Message-----
