Section Title Field

I am trying to insert the title of the current section into my page header.
It appears that I need something like the {SECTION} field, but it needs to be
the text, not a number.

Format the title by applying a particular style, and then use a STYLEREF
field in the header to pick up the text. See the very first section of the
