secruity log

on my password screen i am getting a message saying the secruity log appears
to be full only adminstrator can log to fix this problem??

i put my password in and it starts up like normal.

can anyone help as never had this before,
 
The security log on this system is full. Only administrators can log on to

it says press start and go to administrative tools, i havent got
administrative tools icon on the start page??
 
it says press start then administrative tools,i dont have administrative
tools icon in my start menue??
 
To open the Event Viewer...
Click Start | Click Run | Type: eventvwr | Click OK

To add Administrative Tools to the Start menu

Classic Start Menu...
Right click the Start button | Properties | Start Menu tab |
Customize button | Select Display Administrative Tools |
Click OK | Click Apply | Click OK

XP Start Menu...
Right click the Start button | Properties | Start Menu tab |
Customize button | Advanced tab | Under System Administrative
Tools | Select Display on the All Programs menu and Start Menu |
Click OK | Click Apply | Click OK
