Secondary Menu on browser

When I am on the internet and I click on the right mouse
button (secondary) a menu appears with a porn site in the
menu. This menu only appears when I am on the web. How
do I delete this menu item?

Go to Start | Run and type

regedit

Navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

and click on the plus (+) sign in front of MenuExt. Right click the subkey
representing what you want to get rid of and select Delete.
