I have windows XP. There are primary hard disk and
secondary hard disk. When I used System Commander,
somehow the secondary hard disk became hidden. I have
unhidden it but there is no sign of it. I know it exists
because through other means I can examine files of the
secondary disk. Is there something in the registry that I
can adjust to make the secondary hard disk accessible?

If you can "see" it in Disk Manager, right click on the drive, select
properties, and assign it a drive letter.

To access Disk Manager: From run type in "diskmgmt.msc"
without the quotes.
