Second windows isn't in the boot menu

I've installed win xp 64 bit on a second partition,
when i start my pc it isn't in the bootmenu.

how do I get the "what should be started (win xp or 64 bit edition) screen

Right-click My Computer>Advance>Startup and Recovery Settings

You may have to edit the Boot.ini file.
