secedit command-line use

When using the secedit command-line utility, can you
specify any name you want for the DB parameter, just like
you can in the GUI version? Does it have to be an
exisitng DB?
 
You may use any name you want, and if such sdb does
to exist it will come into existence (in effect act as a
temp sdb). You only need to name existing sdb if you
want to alter its content.
