Microsofts antispyware beta 1 gave me a false positive on
a adware program called SearchSquire. It is really a
definition for Spybot's Search and Destroy Anti spyware
program which is a well known and trusted antispy app. By
deleting this definition you will get less protection from
searchsquire adware as spybot is no longer protecting you
from it.

I'm also getting the "SearchSquire" False positive and I
know a few more people in a forum I belong to are also
getting it. Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware SE 1.05 don't find it.
I also found that this was a know FP with GiantAS also.
This info can be found here =>
http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?p=333826#post333826.
If this was a known issue with GiantAS why was it not
fixed before the MS AS was unvieled?

I also found that IE-SPYADS adds the
"[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\ZoneMap\Domains\searchsquire.com]
"*"=dword:00000004" reg key that MSAS says is spyware.

Other than this I think the software rocks!!!
