Searching Multiple Delegate Folders

Using Outlook 2003 & Exchange - - Is there a work around that will allow a
user to simultaneously search multiple folders that have been delegated to
them by another user?
 
Use the Lookout search add-in from Microsoft for this. Make sure the right
folders are selected to be indexed.
