Searching lists and returning all matching entries

I am trying to search a list of names and return all
matching entries. I am searching by both 'surname'
and 'surname + christian name', each of which is in a
seperate column. i.e. If I search a Surname list for
Jones I want to return all data for all Jones's. I have
tried to use Vlookup but can only get this to return one
entry. I know I could use filtering with the data sheet,
however I want to present thie data on a
seperate 'Search' sheet.
Any ideas?
