Right-click Search Folders and choose New Search Folder. Select "Mail with
specific words". Click Choose. Enter 45678 and click Add. Enter 45679 and
click Add. Click OK. Click OK again. All done.
I tried this and no dice. Search folders are named properly but empty. Only
finds the messages when I do an individual search in my Sent Items.
Using 2007.
Figured out part of it.
It worked when I right clicked on
Search folders
New Search folder
Create a custom search
Named the folder
Criteria
"45678" or "45679"
Is there a way to save this search and rerun?
Also, if I need to run a similar search each day with different numbers - is
there a better way to set this up - like in a macro and modify it? If so -
how.

I think the issue is dealing with multiple mailboxes and the one I want to
save the searches in is not my default. I think I will either have to make
it my default box or ask for another profile for it.
