I have this unwanted search that says shop nav everytime i try to go to a different site this keeps popping up I've done a search and thought i removed it but it's back i tired doing the same thing to get rid of this and it won't go away also how can you restore desktop icons, most of my had the picture of who they were and now they all have e with the name under it could someone please help

sounds like spyware/adware to me.
to start with i'd download and run these be sure to update them
