When in form view and I want to search on a field, how do I re-set the
default so that the default is "any part of field." Mine defaults to "whole
field," which is annoying because I always want "any part of field."
 
Tools -> Options -> Edit/Find -> Default find/replace behavior -> Genral
search. Yours is probably set to Fast Search (which means Whole Field search.
