I m using the search command code to find a record, when I type in a record
ID. the code seem works well to find the certain record ID.

Like for e.g. I have 15 records, I m able to find those > 11 but fail to do
so for those record <10 .

Can I know why? How to solve this problem?
 
As a guess, your id field is a text field that contains number characters.

On a text field "<10" would mean that the id would need to start with "0" or
one of several punctuation marks or a space. If you want to reliably search
a text field that consists of only numbers using greater than or less than
then you need to enter the number with leading zeroes. And the length of the
id will need to be the same.

For example, if your id will go up to 10,000 then 1 will have to be entered
as 00001.
