search results, columns?

When I do a search on my c:drive, my results don't have a date or size
column. I really need to see these, the columns show up in "my computer", so
the views must be set right. Can this be fixed? how?

Lloyd,

In the Search Results window, right click on the header. A drop down dialog
should allow you to select the items you wish to view.

Open a search window. Click on View in the menu bar. Then click Details to
select it as your view preference.
