Search not working?

Juts found one more apparent result of upgrading from SP1 to SP2.
Previously, if I open a folder and use Ctrl+f and enter something in
the search box, and click Search Now, the search takes place in the
current folder (which appeared in the Look In box by default). Now I
get an error message saying
'' is not a valid folder.

No, but I think all of your posts, both here and in WU newsgroup, may be related (i.e., pre-existing hijackware, spyware and/or virus infections before installing SP2 a second time).
